1. Your teaching license and Professional Development Plan (IPDP)

2. Transcripts of degrees and college credits, including attendance

3. Letters of hire, an individual employee contract, if you signed one, supplemental contracts for extra duty, teaching schedules

4. Your local teaching handbook

5. Salary and payroll records, records pertinent to your retirement, records of leave accrual and use

6. Evaluations, growth plans, commendations, awards, and honours

7. Records of incidents involving discipline

8. Records of referrals of students with special needs

9. Copies of all correspondence from administrators or the district

10. Proof of association membership, General Teaching Council and Union
